Team Anthem Music is a parent led creative studio that creates custom hype songs and team anthems for youth sports teams, school programs, and leagues. Our songs are produced using a combination of human creativity and artificial intelligence tools, with all final creative decisions made by a human producer.

2. Use of Our Website and Services

You may use our website and sign up forms to request custom music for your team or program, to listen to embedded examples, and to access links to our music on streaming platforms. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the site or services at any time without notice.

3. Ownership of Music and Content

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Team Anthem Music (or our licensors) owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the songs, recordings, lyrics, artwork, and other content we create or provide.

When we create a custom anthem or album for your team, you receive a license to use that music as described in these Terms, but you do not gain ownership of the underlying copyrights.

4. License to Use Team Anthem Music

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the songs we create for your team or program in the following ways:

• Playing the music at games, practices, pep rallies, banquets, and team events
• Using the music in social media posts, highlight videos, live streams, and team promotional content
• Sharing the music with players, families, and your local community through legal streaming services

You may not:

• Sell or resell the music as stand‑alone audio files
• Claim authorship or production credit for the music
• Upload the tracks to digital distributors or streaming platforms as if you or your organization created them
• Use the music in projects that promote hate, illegal activity, or explicit content

If you want to use the music in a way that is not clearly covered above (for example, in a commercial advertisement for a product or brand), please contact us for written permission.

5. Attribution Requirements

Right now, our pricing model is simple: we are not charging teams, schools, or leagues a fee for album creation or distribution while we build our catalog. In return, we ask for attribution whenever you publicly use our music.

When you use a Team Anthem Music track in social media, video, or other public content, you agree to:

• Credit “Team Anthem Music” in the caption, description, or credits
• Whenever possible, include our website URL or a profile tag (for example: “Music by Team Anthem Music – teamanthemmusic.com”)
• Not remove or obscure any attribution information embedded in the files or descriptions

This attribution helps families discover the music and helps other programs know where they can get their own custom songs made.

6. AI Use in Music Creation

We use AI tools as part of our creative process to help generate musical ideas, backing tracks, or production elements. AI is used as a creative assistant, not a replacement for human work: final lyrics, structure, and approval are done by a human producer at Team Anthem Music.

By using our music, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Some or all elements of a track may have been created or refined with the assistance of AI tools
• We remain responsible for the final creative output and compliance with these Terms
• The presence of AI in the production process does not limit the license or your ability to use the music as described in these Terms

7. Streaming Platforms and Distribution

In many cases, we will distribute your team’s songs or albums to major streaming platforms (such as Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube Music) through third‑party distributors. Those platforms have their own terms of use, and by streaming or sharing the songs there, you agree to follow the rules of each platform.

We are not responsible for platform‑level decisions, including takedowns, content flags, or account actions taken by those services.

8. User Content and Submissions

If you send us information about your team (such as names, slogans, traditions, inside jokes, or photos), you confirm that you have the right to share that information and that it does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant us permission to use that information solely for the purpose of creating your custom music and, with your consent, to reference your team or program in our portfolio, case studies, or promotional materials.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We want your athletes to love their songs, but we cannot guarantee specific outcomes such as wins, attendance, or engagement. Use of our music is at your own risk, and you are responsible for how and where you play or share it.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our website, music, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Team Anthem Music will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or music, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
