Our Story
Team Anthem Music started with a simple problem: there wasn't enough clean sports music for kids.
It began at home. With two young kids deep into youth sports, their dad kept running into the same wall every coach and parent knows: the hype songs kids love are full of lyrics you don't want echoing through a gym full of 9-year-olds. The "clean" versions were either boring or still not really clean.
So he started making his own — high-energy sports anthems written from scratch to be 100% clean and family-friendly, built for warmups, locker rooms, bus rides, and game day. What started as music for his own kids turned into Team Anthem Music: a growing catalog of youth sports anthems, free custom albums for youth teams, and lyric videos on YouTube.
As the project approaches its first anniversary, the catalog has passed 50,000 music streams and 7,000 lyric video streams — with zero paid advertising. Just coaches, parents, and kids sharing music that was made for them.
As we build out more anthems for specific schools and local programs, we're also creating general sports songs that any young athlete can claim as their own. These tracks are made to work in any gym, field, or locker room, so every kid has something powerful and age-appropriate to listen to while we continue adding more custom anthems for individual teams.
