Short version: we collect as little as possible, use it only for Team Anthem Music, and never sell or share it.
What We Collect
When you use our forms, we collect what you give us:
- Join Team Anthem (email list): your name, email address, your role (coach, parent, player, fan), and sports you're interested in.
- Custom album requests: your name, email address, team name, sport, age group, and anything you tell us about your team.
How We Use It
We use your information only for Team Anthem Music: sending new-release updates and announcements to email list members, and reviewing and fulfilling custom album requests. That's it.
What We Never Do
We never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. Our forms are processed by our form provider to deliver your message to us; they don't use your info for anything else.
Your Choices
Email list members can unsubscribe anytime with one click. To ask what info we hold about you, or to have it removed, email teamanthemmusic@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our forms are intended for adults (coaches, parents, league organizers). If you're under 18, please have a parent or coach submit for you.
